Burn Ban

A burn ban is in effect in Newberry Springs due to wildfire risk; all open burning is prohibited until further notice.

 

BURN BAN IN EFFECT – NEWBERRY SPRINGS

The Newberry Springs Fire Department would like to notify all residents that a burn ban is now in effect until further notice due to extremely dry conditions and the elevated risk of wildfires.

Effective IMMEDIATELY, no new burn permits will be issued, and ALL previously issued burn permits are suspended until further notice.
